Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This Referral Program is offered by Flex Insurance Agency, LLC ("Flex Insurance," "we," "us," or "our") and is open to current clients of Flex Insurance.

2. Qualifying Referrals

A qualifying referral is a business that is new to Flex Insurance at the time of submission. The referred business may not be a current client of Flex Insurance, and may not be the referring party under a different name or identity.

3. Reward Trigger

A referral reward is issued once Flex Insurance has contacted the referred business and provided a completed insurance quote. Purchase of a policy is not required to receive a reward. The reward is issued for the referral and the completion of a quote, not for a completed sale.

4. Rewards

Standard rewards consist of a meal provided to the referring party's team. At its discretion, Flex Insurance may issue a smaller reward for referrals involving sole proprietors or very small businesses. There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals a participant may submit. Each qualifying referral is eligible for its own reward.

5. No Purchase Necessary

Neither the referring party nor the referred business is required to purchase any product or service from Flex Insurance for the referring party to receive a reward, once the conditions in Section 3 have been met.

6. Fraud and Program Abuse

The following actions are prohibited and will result in disqualification of a submission from receiving a reward:

• Referring oneself, a business owned or co-owned by the referring party, or the business of an immediate family member, under a different name or identity
• Submitting fabricated, incomplete, or non-existent businesses for the purpose of generating rewards
• Using multiple accounts or identities to claim more than one reward for the same referral
• Referring a business that is a current Flex Insurance client, or has been a client within the preceding twelve (12) months
• Coordinating with a referred party to fabricate interest in coverage for the sole purpose of triggering a reward

Flex Insurance reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any referral prior to issuing a reward, and to withhold or reverse a reward if fraud or program abuse is reasonably suspected. Participants who repeatedly attempt to abuse this program may be removed from participation at the sole discretion of Flex Insurance.

7. Modification and Termination

Flex Insurance reserves the right to modify or terminate this Referral Program at any time, without prior notice. Any reward earned prior to a modification or termination will be honored in accordance with these terms.
